Clintar Commercial Outdoor Services in London, ON is seeking dedicated Crew Leaders and Crew Members for its Snow and Ice team. The role involves sidewalk snow removal for commercial, industrial, and institutional properties in London and surrounding areas.

You must be available on-call and ready to lead or work as part of a team in varying winter conditions. Applicants should be prepared for long hours, outdoor work, and strict safety protocols, including winter gear.

Qualifications

• Must be available for on-call shifts (days/nights/weekends/holidays).
• Willing to grow to the next level in service and skill expertise.
• Endurance to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Physical demands include snow shoveling, snow blowing and applying ice melting materials.
• Ability to work long hours during peak days.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 4x4 truck with crew (Crew Leader).
• Maintain clear communication with supervisor before, during, and after shifts.
• Monitor weather and storm events to prepare for on-call shifts.
• Follow all safety requirements and wear appropriate winter attire and PPE.
• Complete and follow training requirements provided through Clintar.
