Job summary

Delta Bingo and Gaming is seeking a Snack Bar Attendant to prepare, serve, and sell food and beverages while delivering excellent customer service. You will handle cash, maintain cleanliness, and support efficient operations in a fast-paced gaming environment.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays, with the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Prior food service or cashier experience is preferred and certifications may be asset.

• Operate cash registers, process payments accurately, and provide correct change.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and answer customer questions as needed.
• Ensure timely service to guests, especially during peak periods.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area at all times.
• Follow proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures.
• Stock and replenish snack bar supplies, ingredients, and beverages as required.
• Assist with inventory management and monitor product levels.
• Report any equipment issues or supply shortages to the supervisor.
• Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service to guests.
• Work collaboratively with other snack bar, lounge, and floor staff to support smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

Food & Beverage Service

Prepare and serve snacks, beverages, and light meals according to company standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

Previous food service or cashier experience preferred.

Food Handler Certification is an asset (or ability to obtain).

Ability to obtain and maintain an AGCO Gaming Assistant License.
