Job summary

Delta Bingo and Gaming Hawkesbury is seeking a friendly Snack Bar Attendant to prepare, serve, and sell food and beverages while delivering great guest service. You will help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient snack bar in a busy gaming facility.

The role requires experience in food service or cashier duties, flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and the ability to obtain the AGCO Gaming Assistant License. A Food Handler Certification is an asset, and strong communication is essential.

The Snack Bar Attendant is responsible for preparing, serving, and selling food and beverage items at the snack bar while providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities

Food & Beverage Service

Prepare and serve snacks, beverages, and light meals according to company standards.

Operate cash registers, process payments accurately, and provide correct change.

Maintain knowledge of menu items and answer customer questions as needed.

Ensure timely service to guests, especially during peak periods.

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area at all times.

Follow proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures.

Stock and replenish snack bar supplies, ingredients, and beverages as required.

Assist with inventory management and monitor product levels.

Report any equipment issues or supply shortages to the supervisor.

Customer Service & Teamwork

Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service to guests.

Work collaboratively with other snack bar, lounge, and floor staff to support smooth operations.

Support a positive and safe work environment.
