Carlisle Construction Materials is seeking a Slitter Operator for our production team in Ontario. The role is unionized and based on a slitting/packaging cell, requiring strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
You will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with duties including operating the slitting line, assisting maintenance, and ensuring accurate packaging and labeling. This onsite position emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and reliability.

Expected hours of work is Monday – Sunday; 7:00 am – 7:00 pm & 7:00 pm – 7:00 am.
This position is a unionized role within our production team. As a Slitter Operator, you will be required to learn, understand, and put into practice all of our policies and procedures to help manufacture the highest quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will routinely perform your duties with minimal supervision, independently and in a team with another operator/Slitter. You must be able to work in an environment with distractions, maintaining a high level of accuracy and safety, while performing your duties. No travel is required for this position.
Manufacturing Plant environment where the plants may be dirt, dusty, and hotter/colder than office settings.
This is a fully onsite position. The employee is expected to be physically present at their designated work location during scheduled hours. In-person attendance is essential for collaboration, access to onsite resources, and the performance of job responsibilities. Employees must comply with all site-specific safety, security, and conduct policies.
