Carlisle Construction Materials in Toronto, Ontario, is hiring a Batch Maker for a unionized production role. This position is a unionized role as part of our production team. As a Batch Maker you will be required to learn, understand and put into practice all of our policies and procedures to help manufacture the highest quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will routinely perform your duties with minimal supervision, independently and in a team with another operator. You must be able to work in an environment with many distractions, maintaining a high level of accuracy and safety, while performing your duties. No travel is required for this position.

Manufacturing Plant environment where the plants may be dirty, dusty, and hotter or colder than office settings.
This is a fully onsite position. The employee is expected to be physically present at their designated work location during scheduled hours. In‑person attendance is essential for collaboration, access to onsite resources and the performance of job responsibilities. Employees must comply with all site‑specific safety, security, and conduct policies.
