A personal skin care company is seeking passionate and energetic Skin Care Coaches. This role involves guiding guests through skin care programs, building relationships, and providing customer-oriented solutions. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with no prior skin care experience required as extensive training will be provided. Ideal candidates are team players with retail experience, ready to grow their careers in a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Full-time availability for 4-5 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Part-time availability for 3 shifts per week, including one weekend day.
• Passion for skin care and enthusiasm for customer service.

Responsibilities

• Guide guests through personalized skin care programs.
• Build relationships with regular guests and welcome new ones.
• Set personal goals with managers and trainers.
