Northern College is seeking a Skilled Tech and Trades Recruitment Associate to enhance student recruitment efforts. The role involves liaising with schools and industry, managing recruitment events, and maintaining budgets. Ideal candidates will have a diploma in a relevant field and experience in marketing or project management, along with strong organizational and communication skills. Northern College is seeking a Skilled Tech and Trades Recruitment Associate in our Student Recruitment department. The successful candidate will be able to work in a team setting, organized and proficient with MS Office Suite, with Advanced Power Point skills. Experience using a customer relationship management tool is considered an asset. As well as, technology and/or skilled trades industry sector, sales or related lead generation field is considered an asset.

Reporting to the Director, Marketing, Communications and External Relations, the successful candidate will serve as a primary recruitment contact and ongoing liaison between the College and prospective students, current students, industry, community groups, secondary schools and other influencers in various matters relating to the application for admission, program information, course information, and college services.
