Bring your big imagination and great problem-solving skills to our Earthscape team as a Landscaping Construction Foreman/Forewoman! This is a full-time/seasonal opportunity to work on some of southern Ontario’s most beautiful residential landscape projects and the chance to develop and refine a wide variety of skills. In addition to excellent on-the-job training, site supervision, and a safe and inclusive work environment, we offer:

As a Skilled Landscape Labourer, you will support our crews in Kitchener-Waterloo and surrounding areas with a daily commute to our home office in Wallenstein or directly to a job site depending on the day. You will assist our crews in the construction of hardscape areas such as pavers, flagstone, natural stone, walls, steps, and drainage/utilities installation. It also includes the construction of softscape areas such as grading, sod, garden beds, and planting. You must be able to lift 50 lbs and be able to work at a fast pace throughout the season.
