What You'll Need

• 5 years of industrial construction experience, 3 years in a supervisory role
• Willingness to attend paid safety training
• Ability to work under minimal supervision
• Experience working at heights
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds (occasionally more with assistance)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions
