Job summary

Jacob Bros Construction in Victoria is looking for skilled labourers to join our busy projects. This full-time, permanent role offers overtime after eight hours and double time after twelve, plus group medical, dental, RRSP, and vacation pay.

You will perform site prep, digging trenches, hand-tool work, and general labour while maintaining safety around heavy equipment. One year civil construction experience preferred; must be eligible to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Manual labour, cleaning and preparing sites
• Raking, shoveling, unloading trucks and maintenance tasks
• Digging trenches, raking and shoveling
• Cleaning debris and removing waste materials from sites
• Operate hand tools as directed
• Works safely around heavy construction equipment
• Other labour duties as assigned
