Job summary

Jacob Bros Construction is hiring Excavator Operators for projects in Victoria, BC. This full-time, permanent role requires safe and efficient operation of heavy equipment and regular safety checks. You’ll contribute to a range of heavy civil, infrastructure and industrial projects across Western Canada.

Three years of operating experience and a valid BC driver’s license are required, along with eligibility to work in Canada. The company offers comprehensive benefits and a referral program.

Qualifications

• Three years proven operating experience in a privately held or family-owned contracting business.
• Valid BC driver's license.
• Must be legally eligible to work for any employer in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Safe and efficient operation of heavy equipment.
