Job summary

Speers Construction Inc. in Revelstoke, BC is seeking a Labourer to support our construction team on projects across British Columbia. You will help with site setup, material handling, and equipment movement while adhering to safety rules and PPE.

The ideal candidate is physically fit, reliable, and able to work outdoors in all weather. Experience is not required, but a valid Class 5 driver's license is preferred, and basic tools knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Commitment to safety and PPE compliance.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; bending and crouching for extended periods.
• Basic understanding of construction principles and procedures.
• Familiarity with hand tools and how to operate effectively and safely.
• Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites, including moving materials and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with Managers, Supervisors, and other team members.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete tasks accurately.

We are currently looking for a Labourer to assist our construction team in Revelstoke.The successful candidate will be an individual with a flexible schedule to work with our team on multiple civil construction projects throughout British Columbia.
