• Deck and fence building experience preferred.
• General carpentry experience required.
• Read and follow construction plans.
• Proficient with basic carpentry tools.
• Deck construction from framing to finishing.
• Self-starter with problem-solving skills.
• Punctual, reliable, and good communicator.
• Team oriented and able to work solo as needed.
• Own hand tools required; larger tools provided.
• Work well outdoors in varying weather; safety certified.

Responsibilities
