Job summary

City of Kawartha Lakes is seeking a Skill Specific Trainer - Zumba for Lindsay Recreation Complex. This part-time role requires delivering assigned Zumba classes, setting up equipment, and maintaining attendance records with friendly, energetic instruction.

You will work up to 24 hours per week, with days, evenings and weekends as needed. Applicants must hold a recognized Zumba certification, current Standard First Aid & CPR, and be prepared for skills testing and a criminal record check after a

Qualifications

• Experience instructing zumba classes.
• Recognized certifications for zumba required.
• Previous experience in recreation and/or fitness environment.
• Current Standard First Aid and CPR.
• Demonstrated customer service, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and internet tools.
• Criminal Record Check including a Vulnerable Sector Search required after conditional offer.

Hours Part Time, Normal Working Hours up to 24 hours per week, includes days, evenings and weekends

Other Current vacancy. Some travel throughout the City of Kawartha Lakes may be necessary in accordance with job requirements.
