Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years of patrol or similar experience.
• Must have current EMR, OEC, and WorksafeBC Advanced first aid.
• Proficient in English speaking, writing and comprehension.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patroller teams across the mountain during daily patrol operations.
• Deliver coaching and feedback to patrollers; conduct evaluations.
• Support safety culture and guest service excellence per Epic Service Leadership.
