Exhibit Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor/Lead Installer to own on-site execution and serve as a Warehouse Lead between shows. You will lead I&D at shows, supervise crews, and act as the on-site liaison with clients and show services.

The role requires 3–5+ years in exhibit installation, CAD reading, and ability to travel including to the U.S. A valid driver’s license and eligibility to work in Canada are required.

Formación

• Proven experience leading crews on-site.
• Strong working knowledge of modular systems (Aluvision/Octanorm).
• Experience with large custom exhibits (30’x30’, 40’x40’, or larger).
• Ability to read CAD drawings.
• Comfortable working evenings, weekends and traveling as required.
• Eligible to work in Canada and travel to the U.S.
• Valid driver’s licence.

We’re looking for an experienced Site Supervisor / Lead Installer with a strong background in trade show and exhibit installation & dismantle (I&D) to take ownership of on‑site execution and act as a Warehouse Lead between shows.

This role is ideal for someone who has “been in the trenches,” understands system and custom builds, and wants a hands‑on leadership role with real autonomy, not just another crew lead shift.

This is not a general construction role. Only candidates with trade show or exhibit I&D experience will be considered.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

On-Site (Shows & Events)

• Lead installation and dismantle (I&D) for exhibits at local, national, and U.S. trade shows
• Supervise and direct I&D crews to ensure efficient, safe, and accurate installs
• Act as the on‑site point person for clients, Account Managers, and show services
• Troubleshoot real‑time challenges (freight, show services, graphics, timelines)
• Ensure builds are completed to spec, on time, and to a high professional standard
• Deliver an exceptional client experience on‑site — calm, capable, and solutions‑focused

Warehouse Lead (Between Shows)

• Pull, prep, and pack booth materials for upcoming shows
• Oversee organization and readiness of exhibit inventory
• Support set‑ups, mock installs, and coordination with fabrication when required
• Track and submit accurate time sheets for warehouse, site, and crew hours
• Help ensure projects move smoothly from warehouse → show floor → return

What We’re Looking For

Required Experience

• 3–5+ years of hands‑on exhibit or trade show installation experience
• Proven experience leading crews on‑site
• Strong working knowledge of Aluvision, Octanorm, or similar modular systems
• Experience with large custom exhibits (30’x30’, 40’x40’, or larger)
• Ability to read and work from CAD drawings
• Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and traveling as required
• Eligible to work in Canada and travel to the U.S.
• Valid driver’s licence

Nice to Have

• Forklift certification or warehouse equipment experience
• Experience acting as a lead or supervisor across multiple shows
• Familiarity with U.S. show logistics and border considerations

• $27.00–$40.00/hour, based on experience
