Job summary

Aspengrove Developments in Winnipeg, Manitoba is seeking an on-site construction supervisor to lead crews and subcontractors, ensuring work aligns with plans, specs, and building codes.

You will keep project schedules, oversee design elements, monitor progress, conduct on-site inspections for quality and safety, manage materials, resolve issues, and maintain thorough documentation. Buildertrend experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Oversee execution of custom design elements to meet client expectations and design specs.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project managers and clients.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations.
• Manage materials and equipment on-site, ensuring efficient use and minimizing waste.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly and professionally.
• Follow and implement the company Safety program.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders.
• Perform Project turnover and 1 year warranty walkthroughs with clients and Project Manager.
