Rayner Construction Services in Alberta is seeking a Site Supervisor/Superintendent with 5+ years of commercial construction supervisory experience. The role focuses on coordinating on-site activities, reading blueprints, and maintaining safety across projects in southern and central Alberta.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years construction experience in a supervisory position in the commercial construction industry.
• Hold a valid Journeyman trade certificate or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time throughout Alberta.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all on-site daily construction activities and report to Project Manager & Sr. Management.
• Prepare and maintain construction schedules, order materials, and schedule trades & vendors as required.
• Maintain positive relationships with all project stakeholders & trade partners.
• Delegate and direct all field personnel and subtrades to achieve schedule while maintaining quality workmanship.
• Read and interpret blue prints for detail and constructability.
• Assist Project Manager with budgeting and change management and ensure safety program adherence.
