Job summary

Maple Reinders in Ontario is seeking an experienced Site Superintendent (Civil) to lead our field teams on heavy civil and environmental projects in the GTA East area. You will oversee site staff and field engineers, ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget while upholding safety standards.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on supervision, and travel to project sites as needed. Experience with water/wastewater infrastructure and digester projects is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of construction experience with a General Contractor in a leadership role.
• Heavy civil wastewater infrastructure or similar experience is mandatory.
• Post-secondary education, CET or equivalent.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Windows-based computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and Project).
• Ability to manage site operations on complex projects in excess of $50 million.
• Experience working with digesters would be considered an asset.

Site Superintendent - (Civil)

Maple Reinders is currently looking to add an intermediate construction superintendent to our team in Ontario. The successful candidate will oversee projects in the GTA East area.

As a Superintendent with our Civil Division, you will oversee site staff, field engineering, and field teams accountable for delivering completed projects with a focus on Water/Wastewater and Clean Energy infrastructure. Maple Reinders is a growing organization, continually winning new work across diverse sectors and offering new experiences and challenges.

As a Superintendent with our busy Heavy Civil & Environmental division, you will have the responsibility of overseeing our site staff, field engineering, and field teams accountable for the delivery of completed civil and environmental projects.

Our Superintendent will oversee projects that vary in size and scope. The successful candidate should have previous experience in leading construction teams, trades and hourly employees. We require the Superintendent to travel or stay close to the site; flexibility is a must.

Salary Range: $127,000 - $161,000 / Year (depending on experience)
