We are currently seeking a dedicated Site Superintendent to join our team who will contribute to the overall success of the Construction Department by overseeing the day-to-day operations for their assigned project as well as other duties that may be assigned. The site is located in Martensville, located 8 kilometers north of Saskatoon. You will need to have strong interpersonal skills with a high degree of accuracy.

What You Will Do:

1. Maintain an organized job site, including the construction office
2. Ensure and encourage all employees, subcontractors, and contractors are adhering to the company safety policies
3. Prepare and maintain construction schedule, identify and solve problems
4. Operate within specified budget
5. Request and order materials required throughout the project to maintain schedule and productivity
6. Establish/schedule installs for utility service companies
7. Maintain a high quality of workmanship and accountability of sub-contractors and contractors
8. Organize site setup and site demo upon completion of the project
9. Work under the supervision of Head Office, communicate effectively with all departments, and provide reports as requested

You Will Bring:

1. Knowledge of project plans, specifications, and blueprints
2. Knowledge of building codes for the Province of Employment
3. Must have previous residential and/or commercial construction experience of no less than 5 years in a Supervisory position
4. Detail-oriented with good written and verbal skills
5. Strong interpersonal skills
6. Ability to work under pressure
