Position Overview

We are hiring a Site Superintendent for our Construction Division. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, progressive environment, enjoy teamwork, and lead with excellence. This full-time, salaried role supports Avanas' residential development growth in Regina and across the country. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, Internal Construction, you will oversee Avanas' development portfolio, including high-quality multi-unit, single-family residential, and commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the construction process and activities within established design, budget, and schedule guidelines.
• Organize, direct, and control construction activities, ensuring safety adherence on-site.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager on administrative aspects of ongoing projects.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of five (5) years of construction experience, including supervisory, management, or leadership roles.
• Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Experience with BuilderTrend is an asset.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada (Permanent Resident or Canadian Citizen).
