Job summary

Drake International is hiring a Working Site Superintendent/Supervisor for ICI Construction in Belleville, Ontario. You will manage 1–2 active institutional sites, lead the crew, and uphold safety and workmanship with a hands-on approach.

Typical hours are 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with overtime as needed, and a strong emphasis on professional conduct and collaboration with co-op students. Salary ranges from $90,000 to $105,000 annually, with a company vehicle, optional phone, and benefits after

Qualifications

• ICI experience required.
• Clean driving record.
• 25+ years old (insurance requirement).
• Able to pass background checks (schools & hospitals).
• COVID-19 vaccinated (hospital policy).
• First Aid / CPR-C / AED.

Job Title: Working Site Superintendent/ Supervisor, ICI Construction

Salary: $35/hour- $47/ hour plus overtime

Location: Belleville & Eastern Ontario

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

You are expected to:

• Be on site every day
• Work alongside your crew
• Lead by example through presence and workmanship
• Be respectful
• collaborate and support co-op students

Projects consist of institutional renovations, clinics, and multi-level apartment builds where professionalism, patience, and safety discipline matter as much as productivity.

You will typically manage 1-2 active sites at a time, occasionally more during peak institutional seasons.

Standard work hours are 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, averaging 44 hours weekly, with Fridays often finishing by lunch. Weekend work occurs when required to meet deadlines and is shared across the team.
