Site Reliability Engineer (16-month Fixed Term Contract)

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented SRE to ensure the stability, performance, and reliability of our enterprise platforms and integrations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in enterprise application support, infrastructure monitoring, database administration, and ETL processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for enterprise applications, integrations, and services
• Perform database administration and optimization on Microsoft SQL Server
• Monitor system performance across Windows and Linux servers
• Maintain and enhance infrastructure monitoring tools and dashboards
• Participate in incident response and root cause analysis
• Automate manual processes using PowerShell and Python
• Support and improve ETL workflows with SSIS and Dell Boomi
• Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub
• Ensure systems are secure, reliable, and compliant

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in SRE or Application support roles
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux server environments
• Experience with PowerShell and Python scripting
• Support and troubleshooting of .NET web applications
