Anthem Properties Group is seeking two detail-oriented Quality Supervisors to join our Construction team on a 6-month contract at the MTN Village project in Squamish, BC. The role supports the Site Superintendent with quality control, deficiency management, and ensuring every facet of the build meets Anthem's standards.

You will oversee daily activities, coordinate with subtrades, review plans and specifications, ensure a zero-deficiency turnover, champion on-site safety, and help drive timely

Qualifikationen

• Experience in residential construction and quality control on site.
• Proven ability to coordinate subtrades while maintaining high quality and schedule.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to document deficiencies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities on a fast-paced site.

Aufgaben

• Support the Site Superintendent in coordinating daily construction activities.
• Oversee the zero-deficiency turnover process to meet Anthem's quality standards.
• Review plans, specifications, contracts, and Anthem's construction standards to guide trade coordination.
• Clearly communicate quality expectations, requirements, and deadlines to the team.
• Manage subtrade performance and deficiency lists to close items.
• Track material deliveries and equipment movements as needed.
• Champion safety on site and support final occupancy and project turnover.
• Look for opportunities to improve construction methods and overall project delivery.
• Take on additional site-management responsibilities as needed.
