The Operations Supervisor will report directly to the Operations Manager and support them in overseeing operational maintenance work, utilizing extensive technical skills for troubleshooting and repairs. They will perform daily tasks, assist with scheduling, resource allocation, and ensure preventive and corrective actions are taken to optimize technology performance.
All Renewable Energy Technicians will attend a mandatory five-week training and certification course at the start of employment in Albert Lea, MN. Travel, accommodation, and expenses will be provided. Duration may vary based on experience.
Provide technical oversight of frontline staff and support external contractors.
Approximately 20% office work, 80% field work including troubleshooting, repairs, safety audits, and contractor oversight.
