Job Description

The Site Masterplanning Engineering Lead is responsible for defining and coordinating the overall site masterplan for a large-scale nuclear infrastructure project. The role ensures alignment between engineering design, site constraints, construction sequencing, and project milestones within a highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize the site masterplan, including layout, zoning, and phasing
  • Translate project strategy into practical, constructible site development scenarios
  • Integrate constructability, logistics, access, safety, and future operations constraints
  • Coordinate interfaces across engineering disciplines (civil, structural, systems, utilities, equipment)
  • Ensure spatial and scheduling consistency between engineering deliverables and construction plans
  • Define construction sequencing, key milestones, and critical dependencies
  • Identify site-related risks and interface conflicts and propose mitigation strategies
  • Support project governance and decision-making with clear technical inputs
