Position Summary
The Site Manager in Training (SMIT) program is a structured development initiative designed to prepare the selected candidate for future Site Manager roles within the organization. Over a one-to-two-year period, the successful candidate will gain hands-on experience across key operational areas - Safety, Maintenance, Operations, Finance, and Customer Service - while receiving mentorship and formal training to build both technical and leadership capabilities. This role requires regular travel and assignments at locations across Ontario and Quebec, as well as the ability to communicate effectively in English and French.
