Job summary

Recovery Alberta is seeking a Northern Addictions Centre - Detox and Residential Services Site Manager in Grande Prairie with 3+ years of MH and addiction leadership. You will guide operations at NAC, lead a multidisciplinary team, and partner across Alberta to standardize practices in a recovery-oriented system.

You will oversee staffing, budgets, and program delivery, ensuring high-quality, patient- and family-centered care while collaborating with provincial leaders to drive continuous

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of recent Mental Health and Addiction leadership experience.
• Proven leadership in recovery-oriented care and interdisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in financial and operational leadership including budgeting and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration and operation of Northern Addictions Centre programs and staff, including detoxification and bed-based services.
• Provide site leadership and ensure coordination among programs and services within the facility.
• Collaborate with provincial partners to advance standardized practices and continuous improvement.
• Recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and staff development.
• Manage allocated budget and coordinate with financial and HR partners to support operational excellence.
