Job summary

Apple Self Storage is seeking a Site Manager to oversee operations at our Northwestern Ontario locations. You will lead the team, drive sales, ensure a safe, clean, and secure site, and deliver outstanding customer experiences across the two sites.

In this role you’ll manage daily site activities, supervise staff, handle payments, and report key metrics to the Regional Manager. A proven background in retail or service operations with a hands-on leadership style is essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to work full-time during site opening hours, and occasional after-hours availability as required.
• 2+ years of sales experience in retail, hospitality, or sales.
• Technical skills to manage multiple systems for site operations and learning.
• Access to a reliable vehicle for travel between the sites.

Salary Range: $44,000.00 To $47,000.00 Annually

As a Site Manager, you run the show at your storage location. You lead the team, drive sales, and make sure customers have a great experience—all while ensuring the site is safe, clean, and secure.

This role will oversee the primary location at 646 Hewistson St. and be responsible for frequent site visits to the 800 Marks St. location.

What You’ll Do

• Lead & Develop Your Team –Support, coach, and guide your team to success while ensuring company policies and procedures are followed.
• Drive Sales & Customer Growth –Sell storage solutions, follow up with leads, and stay ahead of competitors.
• Deliver Great Customer Service –Ensure every customer interaction is positive, handle concerns, and maintain high standards.
• Support the total business– Jump in when needed to assist with the Call Centre with customer inquiries and sales and support other sites occasionally.
• Manage Payments & Accounts –Process transactions, follow up on late payments, and keep records up to date.
• Keep the Facility Running Smoothly –Oversee daily inspections, ensure maintenance is handled, and monitor inventory levels.
• Prioritize Safety & Security – Enforce security protocols, respond to emergencies, and be the first point of contact for after-hours incidents.
• Stay Organized & Report –Track key metrics, report to the Regional Manager, and keep records audit-ready.
