Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of previous management experience; customer-facing car wash/retail/hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams, including basic HR knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by increasing washes and membership subscriptions; monitor expenses and financial performance.
• Ensure safe, clean, and well-maintained facility; oversee wash quality and customer satisfaction.
• Champion exceptional guest service; train team members and resolve complaints.
