Job summary

TRIGO Global Quality Solutions is seeking a Site Leader in St. Thomas, ON for night shift to supervise inspections and ensure quality services at the site. You will lead a team of inspectors, coordinate missions, and maintain strict adherence to company and customer guidelines.

A background in quality roles and supervisory experience is preferred; the role requires strong English communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 1+ year in a supervisory role preferred.
• 1+ year in a quality-related position preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers and site personnel.
• Daily communications with stakeholders at the site level.
• Set up and supervise missions, staffing of missions, and training/validation of inspectors.
• Coordinate changes in missions and manage nonconforming materials.
• Conduct audits, verify compliance to quality standards and specifications.
• Make independent judgments for subjective scenarios and act as an inspector when required.
• Ensure safety and compliance with Health & Safety legislation and policies.
