Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in mechanical maintenance or industrial equipment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work.

Responsibilities

• Follow direction, procedures, priorities and report to the Site Leader.
• Perform preventative maintenance on car wash equipment and facility systems.
• Inspect, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and water system equipment.
• Monitor wash quality and adjust to ensure a high guest experience.
• Maintain vacuum systems, Mat washers and other facility equipment.
• Keep tools, parts inventory, and work areas clean and organized.
• Communicate with support teams when required for repairs and maintenance.
• Assist with general facility maintenance and upkeep.
• Respond to equipment issues and help minimize downtime.
• Support daily operations and assist other team members when needed.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Previous experience in mechanical maintenance, industrial equipment, hydraulics, pneumatics, plumbing, or a related field is strongly preferred.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Reliable, dependable, and takes pride in quality workmanship.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work, including standing, walking, bending, climbing ladders, and working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license is considered an asset.

Schedule

• Full‑time position.
• Open availability is required, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• While most shifts are scheduled during regular operating hours, occasional maintenance may require staying after closing (after 10:00 PM) or starting before opening (before 6:00 AM). These situations are infrequent but are an important part of the role.
