Job summary

Soletanche Bachy Canada is hiring an HR and Payroll Administrator to support a major industrial deep foundations project in Northern BC. The role covers hours/timekeeping, payroll inputs, workforce records and site HR administration, with duties including travel logistics for a rotational workforce.

You will coordinate flights, camps, accommodations and rotation changes, while ensuring compliance with employment standards and privacy rules.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in payroll and human resources, timekeeping, or project administration and logistics.
• Experience processing payroll for hourly or craft workforce.
• Experience coordinating travel and accommodation for a rotational workforce.

Responsibilities

• HR administration: participate in health & safety program, onboarding/offboarding, data maintenance, confidential handling.
• Payroll & timekeeping: enter timesheets, create payroll profiles in Payworks, ensure accurate time entry and deadlines.
• Travel, camp & workforce logistics: book orientation, camp, flights, hotels; manage rotation schedules and manifests.
• Project support: perform project admin duties, follow policies, assist PM or Superintendent.
