Job summary

New Earth Construction Ltd in Ramsey, Isle of Man, is seeking an experienced Site Foreperson to supervise day-to-day site operations across residential, commercial and refurbishment projects. You will lead direct labour and support the Site Manager to deliver works safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

You will coordinate site activities, allocate work to operatives, monitor quality, and ensure materials and plant are available when required, while maintaining a safe, organised working

Qualifications

• Applicants should have good practical construction knowledge and the ability to read drawings and work schedules.
• A trade background would be advantageous but is not essential.
• Experience in refurbishment, structural alterations and new-build projects would also be advantageous.
• A valid driving licence is essential, and relevant health and safety qualifications would be beneficial.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site operations, leading direct labour and assisting the Site Manager in delivering works safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
