Brandt Development Ltd. is seeking Site Foremen to join our Regina, SK team. The role supports coordinating construction and facility projects from planning through completion, including scheduling, budgeting, and performance evaluation to meet specs and timelines.

The candidate will assist with cost/time tracking, procurement, and material delivery, while overseeing small renovations and property maintenance. Strong organizational skills are essential.

Competenze

• Hands-on experience in development and property management.
• Leadership experience in construction is an asset.
• Some travel is required.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and evaluate construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality.
• Monitor costs and report financial data to support budgeting and forecasting.
• Oversee time tracking, approvals and workforce scheduling.
• Manage tool, equipment and asset inventory with controls to optimize use.
• Prepare, process and approve invoices for timely payment to vendors and subcontractors.
• Develop construction estimates including labor, materials and subcontractor needs.
• Source and coordinate timely delivery of materials and supplies.
• Provide property and facility management including preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Manage or self-perform small renovation and construction tasks to meet scope and budget.
• Perform minor renovations and upkeep to maintain facilities.
• Support broader organizational objectives with additional duties as assigned.
