Job summary

Borea Construction in Quebec is seeking a Site Clerk to support project management with day-to-day administrative tasks on the construction site. The role reports to the Project Manager and involves document control, timesheet processing, and ITC documentation coordination.

Proficiency in French and English, strong organizational skills, and experience with Office Suite are required. This position offers a dynamic team and opportunities for development within the energy and construction sectors.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Administration or equivalent required.
  • 1 year of experience in a similar position.
  • Experience in construction administration is an asset.
  • Strong command of the Office Suite.
  • Advanced proficiency in French, both spoken and written.
  • Intermediate proficiency in English for supplier and national-level communication.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the project management team.
  • Track changes to subcontract in Procore.
  • Process management team timesheets.
  • Track costs for subcontractors.
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory.
  • Plan and coordinate events.
  • Correspond with subcontractors for ITC documentation on clean technologies.
  • Maintain and organize administrative files and documents.
  • Perform other administrative tasks.

Under the responsibility of the Project Manager, the Site Clerk assists in the management of administrative tasks on the site and provides overall assistance to the project management team.

RESPONSABILITIES AND DUTIES
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the project management team.
  • Tracking internal/external changes to the abbreviated subcontract on the Procore application.
  • Processing of the management team's timesheets.
  • Cost tracking of certain subcontractors.
  • Order office supplies, track inventory and track costs.
  • Event planning (reservations, meals, etc.).
  • Internal follow-up and follow-up with subcontractors in connection with the documentation required for the Investment Tax Credit (ITC) for clean technologies.
  • Development and maintenance of various administrative follow-up files.
  • Organization and management of documentation.
  • Perform all other administrative tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Diploma of Collegial Studies in Administration.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
  • Experience in construction administration is an asset.
  • Good command of the Office Suite.
  • Advanced proficiency in spoken and written French.
  • Intermediate proficiency in spoken and written English to interact with suppliers and colleagues at the national level. Must be able to draft communications and review documents in English.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Great administrative rigour, attention to detail.
  • Discretion.
  • Multitasking and efficiency.
