Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• 4castplus experience essential.
• InEight experience is a significant asset.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the budget development at each phase of the project.
• Create cost estimates for project changes and scope.
• Monitor and update cost estimates to keep costs within ranges.
• Develop cash flow and report actual vs. planned expenditures.
• Manage work orders and purchase orders for project overheads.
• Provide cost coordination for project and contractor labour costs.
