Position Overview
As Document Controls Administrator, you will provide construction administration services to ensure technical documents are completed in accordance with technical and internal quality standards.

Location
The position is based on our project in Darlington, ON. The successful candidate should be local to Darlington, Oshawa, or surrounding areas, or be willing to relocate.
Responsibilities
- Assist technicians with daily active technical duties.
- Maintain communication and documentation related to construction, including contract documents, drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Order required materials timely to maintain inventory.
- Receive, record, and prepare documents for submittal.
- Organize and maintain job-site files, reports, and logs; prepare periodic reports for document control.
- Perform related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school or college graduate.
- Working knowledge of building components and systems.
- Familiarity with construction processes, means, and methods.
- Knowledge of applicable safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to use personal protective equipment on construction sites.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic proficiency with AutoCAD, PDF tools, etc.
- Experience with quality procedures.
