Tacten is currently seeking a Site Administrator to join our team at various sites across Northern Alberta, with a primary focus on long-term support for our operations near Fort McMurray, AB. This is a site-based position responsible for daily client billing, coordinating travel and accommodations, maintaining administrative records, and supporting daily operational needs.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook; ability to manage spreadsheets, perform data entry, and work with PDFs and scanned documents
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in administrative and financial tasks
Experience with payroll and billing processes in a field or industrial environment is an asset
Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, team-based setting
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Familiarity with client booking or scheduling systems is considered an asset
Ability to interpret and follow company policies and procedures effectively
Education & Experience:
College Diploma or Certificate in Business, Office Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in an industrial site setting
Experience working in unionized environments is an asset
Construction Safety Training (CSTS-09 or CSO) required
Must be able to pass a pre-access D&A test
