Responsibilities

• Oversee visitor and colleague entrance and receiving door at the warehouse during day shift.
• Coordinate with vendors for facility maintenance, improvements, or projects.
• Assist with day-to-day production activities during downtime and peak periods.
• Health and Safety reporting.
• Assist in resolving facilities issues.
• Organize colleague events and onboarding.
• Prepare operations reports submitted by site managers.
• Order all supplies and GNFR and track absenteeism.
• Review and adjust site policies as required.
• Compile reporting of policy adherence.

What You'll Do

• Oversee Visitor / colleague entrance and receiving door at the warehouse during day shift
• Coordinate with vendors for facility maintenance/improvements or for projects
• Assist with day-to-day production activities during downtime and as needed during peak periods
• Health and Safety reporting
• Assist in resolving facilities issues
• Organize Colleague events
• Colleague onboarding
• Operations reports submitted by site managers
• Ordering of all supplies and GNFR
• Absenteeism tracking
• Review and adjust site policies as required
• Compile reporting of policy adherence
• Support supervisors in onboarding and training of new colleagues for Central Vial at the Mississauga site
• Maintain relationship with GNFR / Service vendors
• Commitment to promoting a workplace of inclusiveness and belonging

What You Bring

• College Diploma
• Knowledge about various work-related assignments and routines; capable of applying methods or procedures which are generally well-defines and straightforward, but able to adapt to meet occasional, unusual circumstances.
• Skill in organizing and coordinating may be needed
• Organization, Communication, moderate analytical knowledge, comfort with MS Suite
• 1-3 years of work experience
