Job summary

The Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School Board is seeking an Application Support Analyst in Mississauga within the Information Technology department.

This role provides strategy, system leadership, and advanced reporting for the Board’s SIS and related enterprise apps, aligning educational and MOE requirements with data integrity. You will partner with schools and departments to translate requirements into SIS solutions that support funding accuracy and student success.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Information Systems or Computer Science is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in SIS administration and enterprise applications.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and training capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes SIS and enterprise applications to identify risks and optimization opportunities.
• Develops training, manuals, and documentation for new features and MOE requirements.
• Creates security roles and manages user access across School Systems.
• Generates reports to ensure data integrity across applications; supports data-driven decisions.
• Collaborates with schools and departments to translate requirements into SIS solutions.
