Job summary

NorQuest College seeks a Simulation Centre Coordinator within the Faculty of Health Studies to oversee centralized operations for the Olson Centre for Health Simulation. Qualifications

• Two-year diploma in Business Administration or equivalent; education with experience may be considered.
• Progressively responsible experience in operations, scheduling, administration, or event logistics.
• Experience with purchasing, procurement documentation, inventory control, and budget tracking is an asset.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, SharePoint, Forms).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate rooms, equipment, and resource bookings and maintain the master simulation calendar.
• Review booking requests, resolve scheduling conflicts, and communicate logistics to stakeholders.
• Coordinate tours and ensure resources and spaces are available for internal and external partners.
• Manage purchasing, invoices, vendor communications, and inventory processes.
• Support the planning and delivery of simulation-based learning activities and special events.
• Monitor inquiries, provide information, and coordinate meetings and visitor logistics.
