The role drives lab operations, ensures accessibility compliance, and champions innovative learning solutions aligned with the college’s strategic plan.

Qualifications

• Professional designation as a registered healthcare professional (e.g., RPN, RN, OT/PT, CVT).
• Minimum five years of related progressive work experience with simulation and XR learning.
• Knowledge of simulation education standards and best practices.
• Commitment to equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for simulation, XR, and interprofessional learning.
• Develop and govern simulation and immersive technology roadmaps and standards.
• Lead lab operations, asset management, and budget planning for the program.
• Build internal and external partnerships and foster communities of practice.
• Oversee program evaluation, quality assurance, and learning outcomes.
