• Tools & Transport: Must possess basic hand tools and have a reliable vehicle for transportation to various job sites.
• Technical Skills: Ability to accurately read a measuring tape and follow blueprints or technical layouts.
• Communication: Proficiency in English is required to ensure on-site safety and effective coordination with the team.
• Professionalism: Punctuality and a consistent “can-do” attitude are non-negotiable.
