Job summary

Magenta Exterior Solutions Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Siding Estimator to support our exterior renovations team. You will prepare detailed estimates for siding projects, perform take-offs, and review drawings and client requirements.

You will also conduct site visits, coordinate with project managers and suppliers on pricing and timelines, and maintain cost databases. The role offers competitive pay, health and dental benefits, and opportunities for advancement in a growing company.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience estimating siding or exterior construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of siding materials (vinyl, fiber cement, aluminum, etc.).
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Proficient with estimating software (Bluebeam) and take-off tools.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Valid driver’s license (site visits required).
• French and English bilingualism considered an asset.
