Markstone Landscaping Ltd. is seeking reliable Snow Labourers to join our winter team in Canada. As a crew lead, you will manage a small crew of 2-3 workers, shovel snow, spread salt, and ensure safe, accessible properties for clients.

This outdoor, physically demanding role offers year-round employment with comprehensive training and room for advancement. Competitive pay at $30/hr with 20 hours guaranteed, plus ongoing training and top-quality equipment.

• Strong work ethic and reliability in a physically demanding outdoor role.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
• Cell phone with data plan for coordination and safety communications.

Responsabilités

• Shovel snow from sidewalks, bus stops, entryways and designated areas.
• Manage a crew of 2-3 workers.
• Spread salt or ice melt for safety.
• Respond quickly during snow events and work off-hours as needed.
• Coordinate with team to clear properties promptly and thoroughly.
• Maintain tools and report issues to supervisor.
• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate winter gear.

Ready to take on winter head-on? Markstone Landscaping is looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to join our snow removal team as Snow Labourers — keeping commercial properties safe, clear, and accessible all season long.

Position Overview:

As a crew lead, you’ll play a key role in keeping our clients’ commercial properties safe and accessible during and after snow events. This is a physically active, outdoor role ideal for those who take pride in doing important work, even in tough conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shovel snow from sidewalks, bus stops, entryways, and other designated areas
• Manage a crew of 2-3 workers
• Spread salt or ice melt as needed for safety
• Respond quickly and efficiently during snow events (early mornings, late evenings, or overnight shifts may be required)
• Work as part of a team to clear properties in a timely and thorough manner
• Maintain tools and equipment, reporting any issues to your supervisor
• Follow safety protocols and wear proper winter gear while on duty

Compensation:

$30/hr. w/ 20 hours guaranteed!

Requirements:

• A strong work ethic and a passion for conquering winter's challenges.
• Ability to work in challenging weather conditions and lift heavy loads.
• Prior experience in snow removal is a plus but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
