Markstone Landscaping Ltd. is seeking reliable Snow Labourers to join our winter team, keeping commercial properties safe and accessible. As crew lead, you’ll manage 2-3 workers and coordinate early-morning or overnight shifts in challenging weather, while using brand new equipment and receiving comprehensive training.

The position offers year-round employment at $30/hr with 20 hours guaranteed and growth opportunities, plus up to 10% annual pay increases and ongoing training.

Competenze

• Experience in snow removal is a plus; training provided.
• Ability to lift heavy loads and work in winter conditions.
• Excellent teamwork and clear communication required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

Mansioni

• Shovel snow from sidewalks, bus stops, entryways, and other designated areas
• Manage a crew of 2-3 workers
• Spread salt or ice melt as needed for safety
• Respond quickly during snow events (early mornings, late evenings, or overnight shifts may be required)

Position Overview:

As a crew lead, you’ll play a key role in keeping our clients’ commercial properties safe and accessible during and after snow events. This is a physically active, outdoor role ideal for those who take pride in doing important work, even in tough conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shovel snow from sidewalks, bus stops, entryways, and other designated areas
• Manage a crew of 2-3 workers
• Spread salt or ice melt as needed for safety
• Respond quickly and efficiently during snow events (early mornings, late evenings, or overnight shifts may be required)
• Work as part of a team to clear properties in a timely and thorough manner
• Maintain tools and equipment, reporting any issues to your supervisor
• Follow safety protocols and wear proper winter gear while on duty

Compensation:

$30/hr. w/ 20 hours guaranteed!
