MFM LP, a Mikisew Group company, is seeking a proactive Shutdown Scheduler Level 3 or 4 to join our Calgary-based team. The role supports the Kearl Lake operations, with occasional travel to the Imperial Oil KOSP site; it can be filled as either an Employee or a Subcontractor.
Responsibilities include integrating work scopes into a single shutdown plan, tracking progress, organizing shutdown plans, managing critical paths and resource leveling, schedule optimization, and reporting for steering

MFM LP provides comprehensive Client services in vehicle inspection, light duty vehicle repair, overhead crane services, and professional services.
Location: This position will be based in Calgary, AB. Occasional travel to Imperial Oil, Kearl Lake Site (KOSP) may be required to support operational activities.
Shift: 40 hours per week
We are seeking a proactive and detail oriented Shutdown Scheduler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering and coordinating shutdown activities.
Oracle Primavera P6 experience is considered an asset
CMMS-SAP experience is considered an asset
5 years as a scheduler in a Turnaround/ Shutdown/ complex Outage
Strong critical thinking and interpersonal skills
Power Bi experience preferred
Smartsheet experience preferred
