Job summary

California Closets is seeking a Sales Support & Marketing Coordinator for the Woodbridge showroom. The role supports market growth by executing local marketing initiatives, managing CRM processes, and partnering with the sales team to drive client engagement.

Expect to coordinate events, campaigns, and showroom activities with a focus on lead generation and brand visibility. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule (10am–5pm) in a company-owned showroom, with benefits and growth

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma; degree in Marketing/Business/Communications/Sales preferred.
• 2–3 years in sales support, marketing coordination, or related role.
• Experience in home improvement, retail, or luxury brands is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute local marketing tactics to boost brand awareness and showroom traffic.
• Coordinate campaigns and events including referrals, open houses, and community participation.
• Manage lead activity and documentation in Salesforce; support follow-up by Design Consultants.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on consultations, leads, and showroom performance.
