Job summary

California Closets Canada in Woodbridge, ON is seeking a Sales Support & Marketing Coordinator (Showroom). This full-time role supports the sales team, manages CRM leads, and coordinates local marketing campaigns to drive showroom traffic and new business.

You will collaborate with corporate marketing, organize events, oversee local content and listings, and report on performance. A 2–3 year track record in marketing or sales support with CRM experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Sales, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales support, marketing coordination, customer service, administrative support, or related role.
• Experience in home improvement, construction, interior design, retail, or luxury consumer brands preferred.
• Experience coordinating local marketing campaigns, events, community outreach, or digital marketing initiatives preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience managing social media platforms, Google Business Profile, online reviews, and local business listings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute local marketing tactics to increase brand awareness, showroom traffic, qualified appointments, and sales opportunities.
• Coordinate seasonal and promotional marketing campaigns, including referrals, events, neighborhood mail campaigns and local ads.
• Collaborate with Corporate Marketing to localize national campaigns and ensure branding consistency.
• Maintain a local marketing calendar and coordinate campaign execution across digital, social, community, and direct marketing channels.
• Create localized content for social media highlighting projects, success stories, and promotions.
• Maintain and update local digital channels and business listings (Google/ Yelp).
• Manage showroom assets, photography, and marketing materials to keep brand representation current.
• Coordinate showroom events and major company events with vendors.
